At Delta Force Paintball, we believe the adventure should be accessible to as many people as possible. There are no strict height or weight restrictions at our Brisbane centre; however, we recommend the following for your comfort and safety:

  • Bespoke Equipment: We provide custom-designed body armour and combat suits in a wide range of sizes. Our equipment is adjustable and designed to accommodate various body types comfortably.

  • Mobility & Terrain: Our game zones in Petrie feature natural bushland terrain that can be uneven underfoot. While the paths are cleared, players should be able to navigate this varied ground reasonably comfortably during high-energy missions like Black Hawk Down.

  • Safety First: For your safety, our staff must be able to ensure that your protective goggles and body armour fit correctly and securely. The use of any personal or issued equipment is always at the discretion of the Centre Manager.

  • Ask our Team: If you have specific concerns about sizing or mobility, please call our event coordinators on 1300 769 223. Our team is experienced in assisting groups of all sizes.

While we occasionally accept last-minute bookings, we highly recommend booking at least 10–14 days in advance, especially for Saturdays and Sundays, which frequently sell out.

At Delta Force Paintball, we cater to groups of all sizes! Whether you are coming alone or bringing a small squad, you can always get in on the action.

Private Game Upgrades

If your group prefers the exclusivity of playing only against each other, we offer Private Game packages. This provides your group with dedicated game zones and your own private marshals to manage your sessions throughout the day.

  • Large Groups (40+): Any group of 40+ prepaid players qualifies for a complimentary private game at no extra cost.

  • Small Group Privacy: For groups smaller than 40 who still desire a private experience, please contact our booking office. Private games for smaller groups under 40 players, incur an additional fee to cover the cost of dedicated staffing and exclusive field use.

  • Centre Discretion: Please note that all private game arrangements are subject to staff availability and the discretion of the Centre Manager.

  • Online Live Chat: Connect with our team via Live Chat for real-time quotes and quick answers about our Brisbane game zones like the giant stone pyramid in Tomb Raider or the Black Hawk Down chopper.

  • Online Enquiry: Submit a request via our Contact us page, and we will get back to you promptly to finalise your booking.

  • Centre Visits: If you’d like to see our movie-set props in person before booking, please call 1300 769 223 to arrange a scheduled appointment with the Centre Manager.

Organiser Pro-Tip: Don’t wait for every guest to pay before booking! Secure your date with your core group today to avoid missing out on your preferred time slot. You can always add extra players later.

You can easily purchase extra supplies at our Brisbane (Petrie) base camp kiosk during your event. Our shop is fully stocked with everything you need to maintain your tactical advantage:

  • Group Packages: For the best value, we recommend our specialized group packages. Purchasing your paintballs through these tiered options is significantly more cost-effective than buying individual 100-ball pods, ensuring your squad stays fully loaded for missions.

  • Paintball Refills: Individual refills are always available for purchase throughout the day if you just need a quick top-up between games.

  • Upgraded Gear: Purchase tactical armoured gloves for added protection and grip. These are yours to keep!

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Debit, and Credit Cards (verified by PIN). Please note: We do not accept cheques.

  • Brisbane Pro-Tip: To maximise your game time, have your group decide on a package when you check in. It’s the fastest and most economical way to keep everyone on the field.

If you would like to discuss package options before you arrive, please contact our event coordinators on 1300 769 223.

At Delta Force Paintball Brisbane, your comfort and safety are our highest priorities. While you may feel a slight “sting” similar to a quick flick of a rubber band, our industry-leading safety gear is specifically designed to minimise impact.

To ensure a comfortable experience, we provide all players with:

  • Bespoke Body Armour: Our custom-designed plates protect the torso, significantly reducing the feel of any impact.

  • Full-Body Combat Suits: These thick suits feature integrated padded neck collars for extra protection in sensitive areas.

  • Full-Head Goggle Systems: Our goggles wrap entirely around the head, protecting the ears, temples, and face.

  • Professional Marshalling: Our marshals enforce a “strict distance rule,” ensuring no one is shot from close range.

  • .50 Calibre Technology: By using a smaller, lighter calibre of paintball, we reduce the impact energy by 60% compared to traditional .68 calibre centres.

Pro-Tip for Comfort: We recommend wearing loose, layered clothing underneath your combat suit. This adds an extra buffer and allows you to move freely. For maximum peace of mind, armoured gloves are also available at our on-site shop to protect your hands.

We know that chasing people for money can be the hardest part of organising a group. To make the process as stress-free as possible, we offer flexible payment options:

  • Secure the Date: The group organiser typically secures the desired date by paying for the minimum number of confirmed players.

  • Individual Payments: We can often arrange for individual players to pay for their own packages, taking the pressure off the organiser.

  • Flexible Management: Whether you want to pay in one lump sum or have players call in separately, our team is here to help. Please speak with our national booking office on 1300 769 223 to discuss the best way to manage your group’s payments.

Add as You Go: You can add more players to your booking as they confirm their attendance, up until a few days before your event (subject to availability).

Yes, you are more than welcome to eat at our Brisbane (Petrie) centre. To ensure your group stays energised for their missions, we provide a comfortable environment for your “victory feast.”

  • BYO Picnics & Packed Lunches: We strongly encourage players to bring their own lunches and plenty of fluids. Staying hydrated is essential for a high-energy day on the Queensland fields!

  • Maximize Your Game Time: We strongly recommend saving your main lunch or “victory feast” for after the games have concluded. Our sessions move quickly, and stopping for a full meal mid-session can cut into your actual playing time. It’s better to fuel up with small snacks during the short breaks and enjoy the big spread once the gear is handed back!

  • Sheltered Base Camp: Our Brisbane centre features a large, undercover base camp with picnic seating. This is a dedicated “safe zone” where your group can relax and enjoy their food after the games have concluded.

  • On-Site Kiosk: Our shop stocks a selection of cold drinks (including Gatorade and soft drinks), chocolates, and light snacks if you need a quick energy boost between games.

  • Catering & Delivery Note: Please note that Delta Force Brisbane does not offer on-site catering (hot meals) or food delivery services. You are welcome to arrange your own external delivery to the centre entrance.

  • Birthday Celebrations: Bringing a birthday cake? You are more than welcome to store and serve a cake in the base camp to celebrate with your group after kitting down.

Brisbane Organiser Tip: Bringing an “esky” with cold water and sandwiches is the most popular way for our groups to fuel up.

While spectators are not permitted on the active field for safety reasons, our base camp features sheltered seating where parents and friends can relax and meet players during breaks.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available, though spaces can be limited during peak periods. We strongly recommend carpooling where possible.

At Delta Force Paintball Brisbane (Petrie), we understand that plans can change. To ensure your group isn’t disadvantaged by a no-show, we have a clear “Credit Place” policy:

  • Credit for Future Use: If a player is unable to attend on the day, their entire payment value—including their entry, equipment, and paintball allocation—is carried forward as a credit place on your booking profile. Please note that all prepayments and paintball allocations are non-refundable.

  • Non-Transferable on the Day: These allocations are strictly non-transferable between players on the day of the event. This means a no-show player’s paintballs cannot be used or shared by other members of the group during that specific session.

  • Redeeming Your Credit: This credit can be applied to a future paintball booking at any of our Australian centres, allowing the absent player (or a replacement) to join a future mission at Petrie or elsewhere.

  • Why this policy exists: We staff our Brisbane centre and prepare professional-grade equipment based on your confirmed player count. This policy ensures that the resources allocated to your group are preserved for a future date.

Brisbane Pro-Tip: If you know in advance your numbers have changed, call us on 1300 769 223. We recommend only prepaying for players who have 100% confirmed, as you can always add more recruits to your squad later as they commit.

We offer both morning and afternoon sessions to fit your squad’s schedule. Because operating times can vary depending on the season and light conditions in Queensland, we recommend checking your specific date with our team.

  • Standard Sessions: Morning sessions generally begin with a 10:00 am arrival, while afternoon sessions typically start at 1:30 pm.

  • Winter Itinerary: To account for shorter days, our winter sessions may shift to a 9:00 am arrival for mornings and 12:30 pm for afternoons.

  • Plan Your Trip: To ensure you don’t miss the compulsory safety briefing, please check your booking confirmation for your specific arrival time.

Brisbane Travel Tip: If you are travelling from the CBD or the Southside, allow extra time for potential delays on the Gateway Motorway and Gympie Road. On weekends, the intersection of Dayboro Road and Youngs Crossing Road can get quite busy—aim to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your group is checked in and ready for the safety briefing.

Ready to Lock it In?

For the most up-to-date availability and session times for the Petrie centre, please call our booking office on 1300 769 223.

Yes. All sessions at Delta Force Paintball Brisbane proceed in almost all weather conditions. Paintball is an all-weather outdoor sport, and our Petrie centre is fully equipped to ensure your group has a world-class experience even in wet weather.

Our All-Weather Facilities:

  • Sheltered Base Camp: Our Brisbane centre features large undercover areas to keep your group dry and comfortable between game zones.

  • Secure Lockers: We provide on-site lockers to ensure your dry clothes and valuables remain protected while you are on the field.

  • Tactical Advantage: Many players find that a tropical rain shower adds an extra layer of excitement and tactical challenge to our outdoor game zones.

  • Weather & Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that a session cannot proceed due to extreme weather (such as lightning or severe storms), safety concerns, or “Force Majeure Events,” Delta Force Paintball reserves the right to issue a full-value credit for the booking instead of a refund.

    • Flexibility: This credit is valid for a future booking date.

    • Transferable: The credit may be used by the original customer or transferred to another person.

    • Safety First: Cancellations only occur if our Centre Manager deems conditions unsafe for players or staff.

Brisbane Pro-Tip: If rain is forecast, we recommend bringing a towel and a spare change of clothes to leave in your car for a comfortable journey home after the action!

To ensure your session starts on time, we provide several tools to help you locate our Kurwongbah entrance easily. Standard GPS can sometimes lead you to a general street address rather than our specific gate, so we recommend the following:

  • Search for the brand directly: If you are using Google Maps or Apple Maps, searching for “Delta Force Paintball Brisbane – Petrie” is more accurate than entering the street address alone.

  • Use your Booking Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a map and detailed directions. We strongly recommend sharing the printable PDF with every driver in your group.

  • Route Advice: From the Bruce Highway (M1), take the North Lakes exit and head toward Petrie. Follow Dayboro Road and turn onto Shea Road (which becomes Theodore Road). Turn onto Neilson Road and follow the signs across the electricity easement to our entrance.

  • Live Support: If you are struggling to find us on the day, please call our local event coordinators on 1300 769 223. Our team can provide immediate guidance to ensure you reach the car park safely.

Pro-Tip for Organisers: Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time. This allows for unexpected traffic on Dayboro Road and ensures your group is ready for the safety briefing.

Yes. We strongly recommend booking for your minimum confirmed players today. Our Brisbane (Petrie) centre is a premier destination and often reaches capacity weeks in advance, especially for weekend sessions and school holidays.

  • Lock in Your Date: Secure your spot on the field with your “core group” now to ensure your preferred date is protected.

  • Grow Your Group: You can add additional players to your Brisbane booking up until a few days before your event. Simply call our event coordinators on 1300 769 223, and as long as equipment is available, we will increase your troop size.

  • Organiser Flexibility: Booking for your definites now means you don’t have to wait for every person to pay you before securing the session for the rest of the group.

  • Brisbane Pro-Tip: It is much easier to add a few players to an existing booking than to find a new date for a large group because the centre is full. Secure the “definites” first!

Yes, you are welcome to walk on at our Brisbane (Petrie) centre. If you arrive without a reservation, our team will do their best to integrate you into an existing group of a similar age and experience level.

However, to ensure you have the best possible day on the fields, we strongly recommend the following:

  • Call Ahead: Please contact our event coordinators on 1300 769 223 before heading out to Petrie. This allows us to confirm that sessions are running and that we have enough equipment available for your preferred time.

  • Guaranteed Entry: Pre-booking is the only way to guarantee your spot on the field. The Brisbane centre is a popular choice for locals, and we often reach full capacity on weekends and school holidays.

  • Faster Check-in: Booked players receive priority during the registration and kitting-up process, which means less time waiting and more time in the game zones.

Brisbane Pro-Tip: While walking on is perfect for solo players or duos, any group of 10 or more must book in advance to ensure we can keep your squad together and provide a dedicated marshal if required.

At Delta Force Paintball, there is no strict minimum or maximum number of players required to book; we welcome everything from solo players to large corporate groups. However, your group size determines how your session is structured:

  • Small Groups & Individuals: Any group size is fine! If you have a small group, we will simply join you with other players of a similar age and ability to ensure a high-energy, competitive atmosphere.

  • Forming Your Own Team: If you bring 20 or more players, you will have enough recruits to form your own dedicated team to play against other groups on the day.

  • Private Game Requirements: To secure an exclusive Private Game (where your group plays alone on the game zones with your own dedicated marshals), a minimum of 40 prepaid players is required.

  • Centre Opening Minimums: While we accept all group sizes, please note that a minimum total number of players across all bookings is required to open the centre on a specific day. If no other groups are booked in for your requested time, our event coordinators will discuss alternative dates or times with you.

Pro-Tip for Organisers: You can make your booking now for the players you have 100% confirmed. You are welcome to add additional players to your booking up until a few days before your event, subject to availability.

Yes. All players are required to complete an online registration form before they arrive at the centre.

  • Under 16s: ALL Players under 16 must have their registration completed by a parent or guardian via our online registration portal.
  • Group Tip: We recommend sending the registration link to your entire group with your invitations to ensure a fast check-in.

  • Accessing the Link: Please ask your event coordinator for your unique group link when finalizing your booking.

From the moment you arrive, our team ensures your experience is professional, safe, and high-energy. A typical session follows this itinerary:

  • Arrival & Registration: You will be greeted by our friendly staff for check-in. To ensure a fast-track entry, please ensure all players have completed their online registration forms before arriving at the centre.

  • Kitting Up: Once checked in, you will be issued with your professional-grade gear, including your full-head goggle system, bespoke body armour, and full-body combat suit.

  • Compulsory Safety Briefing: Before the action begins, all players must attend a professional safety briefing. This covers equipment handling, game zone rules, and our strict safety protocols.

  • The Action Starts: You will head out to our themed game zones to play 4–6 varied games per session. Each game features a different objective to test your team’s strategy and skill.

No. Delta Force Paintball operates a strict zero-alcohol policy at all our centres nationwide to ensure the safety of all players and staff.

To ensure a safe environment for everyone, please note:

  • No Alcohol On-Site: Alcohol is strictly prohibited at our centres, including in the base camp and car park areas.

  • Sobriety Policy: Any player found to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be excluded from play immediately.

  • No Refunds: In the interest of safety, anyone asked to leave the premises due to intoxication will not be eligible for a refund.

Brisbane Players Pro-Tip: We recommend saving the celebrations for after your session! There are many great local venues near our centres where you can enjoy a drink once the gear is handed back and the games are over.

To ensure you can plan your day at our Brisbane (Petrie) centre effectively, please note the following food and beverage options:

  • On-site Kiosk: Our base camp features a snack shop where you can purchase chocolates, chips, and a variety of ice-cold soft drinks and energy drinks—perfect for the Queensland heat.

  • BYO Food & Drink: You are more than welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks! We provide plenty of undercover seating in our base camp for your group to enjoy.

  • Maximizing Game Time (Timing): To provide a world-class experience, we keep the games moving with short “rearm and reload” breaks. We advise all organisers to schedule their group’s main lunch for immediately after the session. This keeps your players sharp and ensures you don’t miss any of the movie-set missions like Tropic Thunder.

  • No On-site Catering: Please note that Delta Force Paintball Brisbane does not offer on-site catering (hot meals) or food delivery services directly.

  • Independent Delivery: You are welcome to arrange your own external food delivery to the centre entrance. Please ensure you are available to meet the driver at the main gate.

Brisbane Pro-Tip: Most groups find that a DIY picnic at our shaded tables after the final awards ceremony is the easiest and most cost-effective way to refuel your squad.

At Delta Force Paintball Brisbane (Petrie), we prioritize a balanced and fair experience for all our players.

  • Age-Matched Groups: Whenever possible, we join groups with other players of a similar age and experience level. This ensures that a group of 10-year-old MiniBallers isn’t on the field against a corporate team or seasoned veterans.

  • Strict Age Laws (Ages 8–14): In Queensland, the legal minimum age for traditional paintball is 15. Players aged 8–14 are legally unable to join standard paintball sessions. To ensure they don’t miss out, we provide MiniBall, a low-impact version specifically engineered to be safe and legal for this younger age bracket.

  • Family Flexibility: You may occasionally see mixed-age groups on the field. This usually occurs when parents or older siblings choose to play alongside younger family members—a popular choice for family birthday celebrations.
  • Professional Supervision: Regardless of who is on the field, every game is strictly supervised by our professional marshals who enforce safety rules and ensure a fun, inclusive environment for everyone.

Brisbane Organiser Tip: If you are booking a MiniBall session (Ages 8–14), the games are exclusively for young players and their accompanying adults. This keeps the energy high and the impact low!

If you have any further questions about age requirements or session types, please call our coordinators on 1300 769 223.

In Queensland, the legal minimum age to play traditional paintball is 15 years old. However, at Delta Force Paintball Brisbane (Petrie), we offer a specialized alternative for younger players:

  • Traditional Paintball (Ages 15+): All players aged 15, 16, and 17 must have a parental consent form completed via our online registration system before arriving at the centre.

  • MiniBall (Ages 8–14): Our Petrie centre is a premier provider of MiniBall—a specially developed version of paintball for kids. It uses smaller, lighter equipment and “low-impact” spring-powered markers, making it perfectly safe and legal for children aged 8 to 14.

  • Professional Supervision: Regardless of who is on the field, every game is strictly supervised by our professional marshals who enforce safety rules and ensure a fun, inclusive environment for everyone.

Brisbane Parent Tip: MiniBall is the #1 choice for primary and early high school birthday parties in Brisbane. It provides all the excitement of our movie-set game zones with equipment specifically tailored for younger frames.

Yes, paintball is extremely safe at Delta Force Paintball Brisbane. We maintain a 100% safety record through strict protocols and industry-leading equipment:

  • Full-Head Goggles: Featuring a wrap-around system to protect the face, ears, and back of the head.

  • Custom-Designed Body Armour: Issued to all players as standard to protect the torso.

  • Professional Marshalling: Our highly trained marshals supervise every game, enforce “no-fire” zones, and ensure all safety rules are followed.

We also offer MiniBall (Ages 8–14)

Because Queensland law requires players to be 15 years or older for standard paintball, we offer MiniBall at our Petrie centre. This is the perfect solution for younger recruits to enjoy our movie-quality game zones (like the Giant Pyramid) with a lower-impact experience:

  • Low Impact: We use spring-loaded markers that fire smaller paintballs at a lower velocity for a much softer hit.

  • Lightweight Gear: Smaller combat suits and equipment specifically tailored for children.

  • Non-Stop Action: MiniBall sessions include unlimited ammo, so the kids never have to worry about running out of paint during their missions.

While all activities are fully supervised, we recommend parents ensure their child is mature enough to follow basic safety instructions.

Still have questions about the age limits or the MiniBall experience? Speak to our event coordinators on 1300 769 223 for more details.

Paintball usage varies depending on your playing style, but a good rule of thumb for our Brisbane centre is approximately 200 paintballs per game zone. Because every player is different—some prefer tactical sniping while others are more “trigger-happy”—the total amount you use is entirely up to you.

Estimating Your Ammunition Needs

  • Flexible Play: You have the freedom to decide how many game zones you play throughout the day.

  • Pay-As-You-Play: Further paintballs are always available for purchase at our onsite shop during your session, giving you full discretion over your spending.

  • Group Upgrades: Many groups prefer to get the group upgrade packages rather than opting to buy individual 100-ball pods every time. These packages offer better value and ensure your whole squad is well-stocked for the duration of the session.

Pro-Tip for Brisbane Players:

To get the most out of your day, we recommend starting with a mid-sized bundle. In our larger, more immersive game zones—like the Tropic Thunder or Black Hawk Down—the action can get intense, and you won’t want to run out of paint in the middle of a mission!

No. For the safety of our players and the protection of the local environment, only paintballs issued by Delta Force Paintball Brisbane – Petrie on the day of your event may be used.

  • Quality & Performance: To ensure a premium experience, our paintballs are fresh and stored in climate-controlled conditions. This guarantees they break on impact rather than causing unnecessary discomfort.

  • Safety First: We cannot verify the storage conditions or age of paintballs brought from off-site. For your safety, paintballs taken home from a previous session cannot be brought back and used at a later date.

  • Protecting the Brisbane Ecosystem: We use 100% biodegradable paintballs at our Petrie location to ensure no lasting impact on the local flora and fauna.

Brisbane Pro-Tip: Our paintballs are specifically selected to work perfectly with our high-spec markers. Using our fresh ammo ensures your shots stay accurate and your equipment doesn’t jam!

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment to Delta Force Paintball Brisbane, provided you comply with Queensland Firearms Legislation and our site safety protocols.

Important: The use of any personal equipment is always at the discretion of the Centre Manager. All items must be presented for inspection upon arrival.

  • Paintball Markers: You may use your own marker provided you hold a valid Queensland Weapons Licence (Category A) and the marker is inspected by our staff.

    • Calibre: Strictly .50 Calibre only. To maintain a consistent and safe experience for all players, we do not support or allow .68 calibre markers on-site.

    • Licensing: You must have your physical license on hand for verification by the Centre Manager.

  • Specifications: All markers must be chronographed on-site to fire below 300 FPS. Your marker must also be compatible with Delta Force air connections.

  • Air Supply: For safety reasons, we do NOT allow any customers’ own gas cylinders on-site for ANY REASON. Our marshals will provide and refill Delta Force air bottles to 3000 PSI after every double game (approximately every 30 minutes), ensuring you have a consistent supply throughout the day.

  • Safety Check: The Centre Manager will perform a mandatory Health & Safety inspection to ensure the marker is in good working order and meets all QLD site guidelines.

  • Goggles & Suits: You are welcome to use your own paintball-specific goggles and combat suits, provided they pass an inspection. Goggles must be unmodified, fit for purpose, and designed specifically for paintball.

  • Paintballs: To maintain our 100% safety record and environmental standards at Petrie, only paintballs issued by Delta Force on the day of your event may be used. External paintballs are strictly prohibited.

Important – “No Markers in Base Camp”: In accordance with safe handling practices, your equipment must remain safely racked in our designated Gun Zone at all times when not in active play. You are free to perform maintenance in the Gun Zone between games.

For the best safety and comfort, Delta Force Paintball recommends wearing light, layered clothing and sturdy footwear. As Australia’s leader in paintball safety, we provide professional-grade protective equipment to every player as part of your admission.

Expert Clothing Recommendations:

  • Base Layers: Wear light, breathable “old” clothes—such as a t-shirt and gym shorts or leggings—underneath the combat suit we provide. This prevents overheating while providing a comfortable fit under the Brisbane sun.

  • The Delta Force Combat Suit: Every player is issued a full-length combat suit with a protective padded collar, specifically engineered to protect your skin.

  • Footwear: Sturdy, closed-toe shoes with good tread are essential for the natural bushland terrain at Petrie. We highly recommend hiking boots or old sneakers with ankle support. Note: Sandals, flip-flops, and any open footwear are strictly prohibited.

Essential Gear & Extras:

  • Safety Equipment: Your admission includes our industry-leading safety kit: full-head goggles and custom-designed body armour.

  • Post-Game Comfort: We strongly suggest bringing a towel and a full change of clothes for the journey home.

  • Payment Methods: Our on-site kiosk accepts credit/debit cards and cash for refreshments, extra ammunition, or optional tactical upgrades like armoured gloves.

Pro-Tip from our Centre Managers:

If you are playing during the Brisbane winter, a light hoodie underneath your combat suit provides excellent added padding and warmth. In summer, focus on moisture-wicking fabrics to stay cool during high-intensity games.
