FAQ

Parking is available on-site, but spaces are limited. To make your visit as smooth as possible, we strongly recommend carpooling where you can.

A morning or afternoon session is available at most of our centres. Centres, operating times differ – please contact our booking office for more details.

The games go ahead in almost all weather conditions. All game zones are outdoors, but there are sheltered areas and lockers in the base camp where you can store your belongings between games. In the unlikely event that an event cannot proceed due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or any other circumstances beyond reasonable human control (“Force Majeure Events”), Delta Force Paintball reserves the right to issue a credit for the full value of the booking instead of providing a refund. This credit will be valid for a future booking and may be used by the original customer or transferred to another person, subject to availability.

To avoid getting lost we suggest you make sure all drivers in your group print the directions from the website and take these with them. Our directions are for guidance only, we recommend using a road map for more precise directions. If you do have trouble finding the centre, call us on 1300 769 223 one of our friendly staff will assist you in finding your centre.

There is no minimum or maximum number of required players; any group size is fine. However there may be a minimum number of players required to open the site if no other groups are booked in for the time and day you request.

All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 16 years must have their form signed by an adult; we suggest you send these out with your invitations. The other parents should return their completed registration forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of the event.

On arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will check you in. After you have filled out registration forms you will be kitted up with all the gear needed for the day and undergo a compulsory safety briefing. Then the action starts! You will play 6 varied games during a sessions, with short refreshment breaks in between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics!

No alcohol is permitted on site. Any players who have been drinking will be excluded from the games and asked to leave the centre.

Where possible we will join your group with a group of similar age. However, there are often groups of mixed ages (when parents like to play with their children, or there are older siblings joining in etc).

Delta Force Paintball (Queensland) has set its minimum playing age to be 15 years old for paintball and 8 years old for Miniball.

Parents need to know about the nature of the activity and decide for themselves whether their particular child is hardy, and mature enough to participate in paintball. For more information, please see the FAQ concerning the minimum age below.

There is no way of knowing how many paintballs any individual will use, as it depends on how trigger-happy you are. It is entirely up to each person how many paintballs they want to use but a good indication is about 200 paintballs per game zone. You can decide how many game zones you play and further paintballs are available to purchase on the day at your discretion.

For health and safety reasons, and to maintain a consistent safety standard across all centres, you can only use paintballs issued by Delta Force on the day of your event. Think of it from another player’s perspective: We ensure our paintballs are of the right consistency to burst with as little effort as possible.

You can bring your own equipment to the centre, but it is always at the discretion of the Centre Manager whether you can use it. You can bring your own goggles, provided they are designed for paintball games and have not been modified in any way. You can bring your own gun, but it is subject to a chronograph test and must be cleared by the Centre Manager. We do NOT allow any customers’ own gas cylinders on site for ANY REASON.

Players should wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game. The most suitable footwear would be a light boot, but old trainers are most commonly worn. Paintball gloves are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs.
