Online booking terms and conditions
- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered.
- Payments: Full payment must be made to confirm your event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a 6.99% processing fee for all credit and debit card payments. Please ensure all players are able to make the booking date before submitting your booking, as mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been made.
- Attendance: If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment and paintballs for that person will be forfeited, although credits may be carried forward for a future visit.
- Provisional Bookings: If your desired booking date is within 3 days, you will only be able to create a provisional booking. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm if the date is available. You do not have a valid booking until you receive final confirmation via email. Should you not receive this in the next few days, please call our booking centre on 1300 769 223.
- Data Accuracy: Please note we are unable to accept liability for any errors resulting from data which you have entered incorrectly. Please ensure that you have correctly filled in House, Street, Town and Postcode information. We also require a valid e-mail address to contact you in event of any problems in completing your booking.
- Age Restrictions: The minimum age of all players on the date of the game varies from centre to centre. Please call to confirm the minimum age at your local paintball centre. Any player under the minimum age on the game date will not be allowed to play.
- Locations: Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control and the location map is for guidance only.
- Paintballs & Safety: Only paintballs supplied by the paintball centre on the day of your event may be used at the centre. All players agree to be bound by our playing conditions and safety rules. Any player that is unable to comply with our safety instructions will be excluded from the centre without refund.
Marketing, Imagery, and Representations
- Illustrative Purposes: You acknowledge and agree that all images, videos, and artwork displayed on our websites, social media channels, or printed brochures are for illustrative purposes only. These materials provide a general representation of the activity, equipment, and game zones.
- Variation in Experience: While we strive for consistency, the actual experience may vary. Specific game zones, props, obstacles, and equipment are subject to change without notice due to site-specific requirements, weather, or health and safety updates.
- Equipment Specifications: Images showing specific gear or “hero shots” may feature items that are part of an upgrade package. These upgrades are subject to availability and can only be requested on the game day. Standard equipment provided may differ in aesthetic condition from items pictured, provided they meet functional safety standards.
- No Guarantee of Exact Replication: Participation does not guarantee your experience will exactly replicate any specific promotional material. By booking, you accept that the atmosphere and visuals of a live event are dynamic and subjective.
Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
- On-Site Resolution Requirement: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, you must bring this to the attention of the Centre Manager immediately on the day of the event. This “Opportunity to Cure” allows us to address concerns in real-time.
- Acceptance of Service: By signing the safety waiver and participating in the event for its scheduled duration, you acknowledge that the service has been rendered in full and accepted as described. Remaining on-site for the duration of the activity generally constitutes fulfillment of the contract.
- Formal Complaint Procedure: All customers agree to follow our formal complaint procedure (via email@paintballbookingoffice.com) before initiating a dispute with their financial institution.
- Defense of Claims: In the event of a “Service Not As Described” or “Fraudulent” chargeback claim, Delta Force Paintball reserves the right to submit these Terms and Conditions, your signed waiver, and staff logs as evidence of contract fulfillment. We reserve the right to recover administrative costs incurred in defending meritless disputes.
Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or special offer that may be advertised on this website.
